\"\"<\/a><\/span>\u00abA pesar de la inflaci\u00f3n, creemos que la demanda de salm\u00f3n seguir\u00e1 bastante activa en los pr\u00f3ximos meses, considerando que viene el verano en el hemisferio norte y debiese aumentar la demanda, donde est\u00e1n nuestros principales compradores. Ve\u00edamos mucha incertidumbre por el panorama econ\u00f3mico mundial, pero el primer trimestre demostr\u00f3 que el mercado sigue muy estable\u00bb, afirma Domingo Calvo, vocero en Chile de GSI y gerente comercial de Ventisqueros.<\/p>\n

Calvo agrega que \u201cen 2022 vimos una fuerte recuperaci\u00f3n de precios en el primer trimestre, principalmente por el retorno de la normalidad en los canales de venta despu\u00e9s de la pandemia con una demanda muy activa. Para este 2023, a diferencia del anterior, estamos en un a\u00f1o normal donde el food service est\u00e1 corriendo positivamente en paralelo al retail y otros canales de venta. Entonces, se ve un muy positivo comportamiento del precio para este a\u00f1o\u201d.<\/p>\n

Seg\u00fan las cifras oficiales del Servicio Nacional de Aduanas, para el primer semestre de 2023 y en comparaci\u00f3n con el mismo periodo 2022, las toneladas de exportaciones de salm\u00f3n y trucha han variado a la baja en un 0,95%; en tanto el valor de las exportaciones ha logrado pasar de U$1.687 millones a U$1.764 millones, en el mismo periodo, alcanzando un alza del 4,5% en su precio.<\/p>\n
