El \u00abInter Scotia\u00bb, un wellboat h\u00edbrido a bater\u00edas, ha sido dise\u00f1ado por Salt Ship Design y tiene una capacidad de carga de 2.500 m3.<\/p>\n<p>El \u00abInter Scotia\u00bb comparte similitudes con su buque gemelo, el \u00abInter Atlantic\u00bb, ambos dise\u00f1ados con el objetivo de promover el bienestar de los peces, su manipulaci\u00f3n y la bioseguridad. El buque cuenta con un importante conjunto de bater\u00edas que, en combinaci\u00f3n con su sistema de recuperaci\u00f3n de calor y otras medidas, reduce significativamente el consumo de combustible y las emisiones de CO2. Durante los \u00faltimos siete a\u00f1os, la empresa ha adquirido una amplia experiencia operativa en producci\u00f3n de agua dulce y tratamientos de agua dulce que lo diferencian de sus competidores. La flota de \u00abwellboats\u00bb de Intership con sistemas de \u00f3smosis inversa ofrece un m\u00e9todo barato, muy eficaz y respetuoso con el medio ambiente para tratar la pediculosis, la AGD y otros problemas de infecci\u00f3n de las branquias a los que se enfrentan los productores de salm\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>El \u00abInter Scotia\u00bb empezar\u00e1 a funcionar para un salmonicultor de Escocia. Transcurridos unos meses, el buque quedar\u00e1 temporalmente fuera de servicio para la instalaci\u00f3n del sistema de despiojamiento FLS Caligus R600. La combinaci\u00f3n de un ba\u00f1o de agua dulce y el lavado del pescado a trav\u00e9s del sistema FLS es una forma muy eficaz y suave de eliminar los piojos de mar y las infecciones de las branquias en la misma operaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>\u00abEstamos encantados de recibir nuestro tercer buque equipado con el sistema de producci\u00f3n y tratamiento de agua dulce de Intership, l\u00edder del sector\u00bb, afirma Ole Peter Brandal, CEO del grupo Intership. \u00abEl tratamiento de agua dulce es posiblemente el m\u00e9todo m\u00e1s suave utilizado para tratar el salm\u00f3n, y ofrece beneficios tanto medioambientales como econ\u00f3micos, adem\u00e1s de una mayor eficiencia al facilitar un sistema de producci\u00f3n de agua dulce de gran capacidad.
