{"id":56433,"date":"2023-10-02T07:09:47","date_gmt":"2023-10-02T10:09:47","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.mundoacuicola.cl\/new\/?p=56433"},"modified":"2023-10-03T08:33:14","modified_gmt":"2023-10-03T11:33:14","slug":"primer-pabellon-del-mar-en-espacio-food-service-recibio-a-31-mil-asistentes","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.mundoacuicola.cl\/new\/primer-pabellon-del-mar-en-espacio-food-service-recibio-a-31-mil-asistentes\/","title":{"rendered":"Primer Pabell\u00f3n del Mar en espacio Food &#038; Service recibi\u00f3 a 31 mil asistentes"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.alloyingenieria.com\/\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-55815 size-full alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/www.mundoacuicola.cl\/new\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/09\/Gif-Alloy.gif\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"300\" \/><\/a><\/span>Por primera vez en sus once versiones del Espacio Food &amp; Service se desarroll\u00f3 el Pabell\u00f3n del Mar, espacio que reuni\u00f3 a 25 expositores de la pesca artesanal, industrial y comercializadores de productos marinos.<\/p>\n<p>La feria alimentaria profesional m\u00e1s importante de Chile en su versi\u00f3n 2023 reuni\u00f3 a m\u00e1s de 31 mil visitantes, quienes pudieron conocer los productos del mar de expositores y emprendimientos relacionados, adem\u00e1s de participar en generar ruedas de negocios.<\/p>\n<p>Osciel Vel\u00e1squez, presidente de Sonapesca F.G. y la Corporaci\u00f3n Propescado, manifest\u00f3 que, \u201ces muy importante participar en este tipo de instancias de encuentro de la industria alimentaria de Chile y el mundo, en la que estamos apostando en entregar una alimentaci\u00f3n saludable y sostenible para el futuro de nuestra poblaci\u00f3n, con productos de alta calidad nutricional. Estamos convencidos que esta es la direcci\u00f3n correcta y estamos muy felices con nuestra participaci\u00f3n\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Para el director ejecutivo de Propescado, Paulo Rojas, \u00a0la realizaci\u00f3n del primer pabell\u00f3n del mar en Food &amp; Service, responde a una necesidad de la propia poblaci\u00f3n para conocer el trabajo en nuestro mar, acceder a productores, comercializadores, pescadores artesanales e industriales y acceder a productos nacionales saludables que sirven para mejorar el sistema inmunol\u00f3gico, disminuir el riesgo de enfermedades cr\u00f3nicas, ayuda a fortalecer el desarrollo del sistema neuronal, entre otras cualidades\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cUno de los grandes problemas que vemos es que en Chile se consumen las mismas preparaciones y productos, es por ello, que organizamos La Cocina del Mar, que busc\u00f3 que reconocidos chefs nacionales, como \u00c1lvaro Lois, dieran clases de cocina con m\u00e1s de 30 recetas y m\u00e1s de 1.000 degustaciones para demostrar de manera sencilla e innovadora distintas formas de cocinar pescados, algas, crust\u00e1ceos y mariscos\u201d, explic\u00f3, el director ejecutivo de Propescado.<\/p>\n<p>En tanto, Andr\u00e9s Ilabaca, director Comercial de Espacio Food &amp; Service destac\u00f3 la convocatoria y el v\u00ednculo social y econ\u00f3mico que se desarrolla entre los proveedores y compradores, as\u00ed como tambi\u00e9n las nuevas formas de producci\u00f3n orientadas a la sostenibilidad y econom\u00eda circular. \u201cEste a\u00f1o incorporamos al mar, que creo que es la fuente de alimentaci\u00f3n del ma\u00f1ana\u201d, precis\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Reconocimiento a trabajadores y cocinero<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La oportunidad tambi\u00e9n sirvi\u00f3 para entregar un reconocimiento a trabajadoras de planta y tripulantes, quienes fueron destacados por sus a\u00f1os de servicio y compromiso con una pesca sostenible.<\/p>\n<p>En ese sentido se destac\u00f3 a las trabajadoras de plantas de proceso, Ana Baeza, quien se ha desempe\u00f1ado por 34 a\u00f1os en Pesquera <strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b><a href=\"https:\/\/www.mundoacuicola.cl\/medios\/?url_camp=26\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"https:\/\/www.mundoacuicola.cl\/medios\/?url_camp=26 noopener\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/www.mundoacuicola.cl\/medios\/?camp=26\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"250\" \/><\/a><\/b><\/span><\/strong>Camanchaca Tom\u00e9 y Paola Bruna, con m\u00e1s de 17 a\u00f1os de labor en la planta de crust\u00e1ceos de Rymar de Coquimbo, ambas destacadas por su calidad humana y profesional.<\/p>\n<p>Por otra parte, fueron reconocidos los patrones de pesca; Olivier Riegel patr\u00f3n de la nave Trauw\u00fcn y Roberto Mancilla de Blumar; y lo tripulantes Daniel M\u00e9ndez de Blumar y Manuel D\u00edaz, presidente del Sindicato de Tripulantes y Oficiales de Naves Pesqueras de Crust\u00e1ceos de Coquimbo.<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, de reconocer a los embajadores gastron\u00f3micos de Propescado, los chefs Rossana Huenufil y Manuel Matamala, quienes tienen una vasta experiencia en concina chilena con productos del mar.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>En el Espacio Food &#038;
