La firma de este protocolo es de extrema importancia para la acuicultura chilena, ya que permite acceder con productos frescos a los segmentos m\u00e1s premium de los alimentos en todo China.<\/p>\n<p>Sady Delgado, gerente general de AquaChile, explic\u00f3 -desde China- que las oportunidades que se abren para los productores chilenos de salm\u00f3n del Pac\u00edfico son enormes y que ahora el sector privado debe hacer su tarea para producir cada d\u00eda de manera m\u00e1s sustentable tanto desde el punto de vista ambiental como social. Es una gran noticia para los trabajadores de la industria del salm\u00f3n, y agradecemos el foco que el Ministerio de Econom\u00eda y Sernapesca pusieron en esto.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cHoy en Beijing, y ante la atenta mirada del presidente chino XI Jinping y del presidente de Chile Gabriel Boric, el ministro de Econom\u00eda Nicolas Grau firm\u00f3 el protocolo que permitir\u00e1 la entrada del salm\u00f3n coho al mercado chino en formato fresco. Una aspiraci\u00f3n de m\u00e1s de 20 a\u00f1os. Esto se produce gracias al enorme trabajo del Ministerio de Econom\u00eda, Sernapesca, la Subsecretar\u00eda de Pesca y el Ministerio de Agricultura para apoyar el comercio exterior de Chile como potencia alimentaria. La alianza p\u00fablico-privada para apoyar las exportaciones de alimentos de Chile al mundo, hoy da sus frutos\u201d, coment\u00f3 el ejecutivo.<\/p>\n<p>La gira del presidente Boric a China ha estrechado los lazos pol\u00edticos, culturales, y de negocios entre ambos pa\u00edses, donde los alimentos y productos del mar de Chile fortalecen su posici\u00f3n en el gigante asi\u00e1tico. AquaChile es el primer actor en la industria nacional del salm\u00f3n, es el principal productor mundial de salm\u00f3n del Pac\u00edfico, exporta productos de la m\u00e1s alta calidad, y lo hace de la mano de una producci\u00f3n responsable con el medio ambiente y cercana con las comunidades vecinas.<\/p>\n<h2>Consejo del Salm\u00f3n<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong><b><a href=\"https:\/\/www.mundoacuicola.cl\/medios\/?url_camp=26\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"https:\/\/www.mundoacuicola.cl\/medios\/?url_camp=26 noopener\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/www.mundoacuicola.cl\/medios\/?camp=26\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"250\" \/><\/a><\/b><\/strong><\/span>En tanto, desde el Consejo del Salm\u00f3n, destacaron la incorporaci\u00f3n del Coho -una de las principales especies de exportaci\u00f3n de la salmonicultura chilena-, a la lista de productos marinos que Chile puede enviar en formato \u201cfresco\u201d al gigante asi\u00e1tico.<\/p>\n<p>El gremio precis\u00f3 que, seg\u00fan datos de Aduana, a septiembre de este a\u00f1o, Chile exporta 3.822 toneladas de Coho a China, en su totalidad en formato congelado. Esto corresponde al11% de los env\u00edos de salm\u00f3n chileno a ese pa\u00eds.
