Contar\u00e1 con la participaci\u00f3n de cuatro destacados chefs, quienes compartir\u00e1n sus conocimientos y t\u00e9cnicas en la preparaci\u00f3n de platos exquisitos a base de choritos, algunos de los cuales son parte de la campa\u00f1a nacional que lleva adelante la industria mitilicultura en el pa\u00eds para promover su consumo.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong><b><a href=\"https:\/\/www.mundoacuicola.cl\/medios\/?url_camp=26\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"https:\/\/www.mundoacuicola.cl\/medios\/?url_camp=26 noopener\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/www.mundoacuicola.cl\/medios\/?camp=26\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"250\" \/><\/a><\/b><\/strong><\/span>\u201cUna variedad de preparaciones se presentar\u00e1n con una cocina en vivo, donde los asistentes podr\u00e1n degustar cada bocado. El primer plato estar\u00e1 a cargo del destacado cocinero chileno suizo Frederic Emery con una presentaci\u00f3n de choritos crocantes, especial para un picoteo casual o de fin de semana. Posteriormente, el reconocido cocinero Gustavo Sandoval efectuar\u00e1 un plato de fondo, pasando desde una sopa de choritos o un especial de choritos para la parrilla. Y finalmente, la fusi\u00f3n estar\u00e1 a cargo de la pareja de cocineros que recientemente ganaron la Copa Culinaria Carozzi 2023 en la feria Food\u00a0 &amp; Service, Camilo Villarroel y Sergio Barr\u00eda\u201d, explic\u00f3 Javier Aros gerente de Mejill\u00f3n de Chile, operado por Corfo Los Lagos.<\/p>\n<p>Agreg\u00f3 Aros que \u201ceste evento promete ser una experiencia inolvidable para los futuros chefs como para todos los apasionados de la gastronom\u00eda.
