{"id":57430,"date":"2023-10-31T06:29:10","date_gmt":"2023-10-31T09:29:10","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.mundoacuicola.cl\/new\/?p=57430"},"modified":"2023-11-02T08:54:56","modified_gmt":"2023-11-02T11:54:56","slug":"destacan-avance-en-el-consumo-del-chorito-en-chile","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.mundoacuicola.cl\/new\/destacan-avance-en-el-consumo-del-chorito-en-chile\/","title":{"rendered":"Destacan avance en consumo del mejill\u00f3n chileno"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.alloyingenieria.com\/\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-55815 size-full alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/www.mundoacuicola.cl\/new\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/09\/Gif-Alloy.gif\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"300\" \/><\/a><\/span>A fines de octubre, estudiantes de gastronom\u00eda exploraron la versatilidad del chorito en un taller de cocina dictado por destacados chefs de la regi\u00f3n de Los Lagos, inicitiva que se enmarc\u00f3 en la campa\u00f1a nacional que lleva adelante la industria mitilicultora para fomentar el consumo de esta nutritiva prote\u00edna.<\/p>\n<p>El taller gastron\u00f3mico fue organizado por el Programa Estrat\u00e9gico Regional (PER) Mejill\u00f3n de Chile, de Corfo Los Lagos, la Direcci\u00f3n de Turismo de la Municipalidad de Puerto Montt, AmiChile y representantes de la campa\u00f1a nacional \u201cHay Choritos\u201d, Camanchaca, St. Andrews, Landes, Manuelita, Sudmaris y Orizon<\/p>\n<p>La campa\u00f1a nacional fue destacada por la gerente de AmiChile, Yohana Gonz\u00e1lez. <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong><b><a href=\"https:\/\/www.mundoacuicola.cl\/medios\/?url_camp=26\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"https:\/\/www.mundoacuicola.cl\/medios\/?url_camp=26 noopener\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/www.mundoacuicola.cl\/medios\/?camp=26\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"250\" \/><\/a><\/b><\/strong><\/span>\u201cQueremos generar la identidad en nuestros territorios, trabajar con los municipios, las due\u00f1as de casa, los centros gastron\u00f3micos y los restoranes.
