{"id":60174,"date":"2024-01-24T06:32:40","date_gmt":"2024-01-24T09:32:40","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.mundoacuicola.cl\/new\/?p=60174"},"modified":"2024-01-25T08:38:17","modified_gmt":"2024-01-25T11:38:17","slug":"estudiantes-de-inacap-prepararon-mas-de-300-ceviches-para-el-lanzamiento-de-team-salmon","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.mundoacuicola.cl\/new\/estudiantes-de-inacap-prepararon-mas-de-300-ceviches-para-el-lanzamiento-de-team-salmon\/","title":{"rendered":"Estudiantes de Inacap prepararon m\u00e1s de 300 ceviches para el lanzamiento de \u201cTeam Salm\u00f3n\u201d"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span lang=\"ES-TRAD\"><b><a href=\"https:\/\/www.alloyingenieria.com\/\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-55815 size-full alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/www.mundoacuicola.cl\/new\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/09\/Gif-Alloy.gif\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"300\" \/><\/a><\/b><\/span><\/span>Con la participaci\u00f3n de la r\u00e9cord de Chile de lanzamiento de bala y ex participante de \u201cMaster Chef\u201d, Natalia Duco, estudiantes del \u00c1rea de Gastronom\u00eda de INACAP Sede Puerto Montt prepararon m\u00e1s de 300 ceviches de salm\u00f3n para los asistentes de la nueva iniciativa de gremio salmonero SalmonChile, el \u201cTeam Salm\u00f3n\u201d.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La presencia de Inacap marc\u00f3 el debut de una alianza entre la casa de estudios y Salm\u00f3n de Chile, la marca sectorial del gremio, con la finalidad de acercar y generar valoraci\u00f3n de los futuros profesionales gastron\u00f3micos con el salm\u00f3n chileno y el sector salmonicultor en general.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El Director de la\u00a0 Carrera del \u00c1rea Hoteler\u00eda, Turismo y Gastronom\u00eda de INACAP Sede Puerto Montt, Claudio Corval\u00e1n, destac\u00f3 que \u201cfue una excelente instancia para que docentes y alumnos elaboraran una deliciosa degustaci\u00f3n de salm\u00f3n, destac\u00e1ndola como una prote\u00edna sana y saludable, en especial para deportistas de <span lang=\"ES-TRAD\"><strong><b><a href=\"https:\/\/www.mundoacuicola.cl\/medios\/?url_camp=26\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"https:\/\/www.mundoacuicola.cl\/medios\/?url_camp=26 noopener\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/www.mundoacuicola.cl\/medios\/?camp=26\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"250\" \/><\/a><\/b><\/strong><\/span>alto rendimiento. Participar en estas actividades, con un rol social, van de la mano con nuestra misi\u00f3n institucional de formar personas \u00edntegras que transforman el mundo\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Por su parte, el presidente de SalmonChile, Arturo Cl\u00e9ment, indic\u00f3 que \u201cestamos muy contentos de que la alianza con Inacap ya est\u00e9 funcionando, y que puedan acompa\u00f1arnos en el lanzamiento de este proyecto que busca ser un aporte para los deportistas del sur austral.
