La presentaci\u00f3n abord\u00f3 factores que influyeron en el comportamiento del mercado durante el a\u00f1o, destacando patrones de consumo, fluctuaci\u00f3n de precios y la evoluci\u00f3n del mercado minorista.<\/p>\n<p>El \u00e1mbito de precios, punto central del an\u00e1lisis, revel\u00f3 una inflaci\u00f3n moderada, especialmente en productos del mar. Sin embargo, lo que acapar\u00f3 la atenci\u00f3n fue el papel protag\u00f3nico proyectado para los productos del mar preparados, vislumbrados como la vanguardia futura de la industria acu\u00edcola.<\/p>\n<p>As\u00ed, en medio de un impacto inflacionario persistente, con un aumento del 30-35% desde antes de la pandemia, Anne-Marie Roerink destac\u00f3 la resiliencia sorprendente del consumidor. La posici\u00f3n premium del marisco, con precios m\u00e1s altos por libra en comparaci\u00f3n con la carne, se convirti\u00f3 en una restricci\u00f3n para los consumidores. La conveniencia, aunque sigue siendo esencial, se ve desafiada por etiquetas de precios elevados en todos los \u00e1mbitos.<\/p>\n<p>Respecto a lecciones y recomendaciones, Roerink comparti\u00f3 su visi\u00f3n para los consumidores de alto valor, destacando la diversidad de productos, estrategias de precios efectivas y la importancia cr\u00edtica de la sostenibilidad y el valor agregado.
