Se trata del Restaurant Tres Peces, ubicado en el Cerro Concepci\u00f3n de Valpara\u00edso, uno de los centros gastron\u00f3micos que ha jugado un rol de importancia en el fomento del consumo de los productos del mar en la regi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Sin embargo, la particularidad de la entrega de este sello es que le fue otorgado a un veh\u00edculo que opera como un punto de venta m\u00f3vil de pescados y mariscos, en una labor complementaria a la preparaci\u00f3n de los platos que se ofrecen en el restaurante. De esta manera se avanza un nuevo paso en el incentivo al consumo responsable de los recursos hidrobiol\u00f3gicos.<\/p>\n<p>Meyling Tang, socia fundadora de Tres Peces, valor\u00f3 la obtenci\u00f3n del Sello Azul: \u201cEs s\u00faper importante, lo buscamos por harto tiempo porque cre\u00edamos que hay un modelo que tiene que ver con c\u00f3mo conectamos al mundo de la gastronom\u00eda, buscamos ser un intermediario \u00e9tico que pueda conectar a las caletas con la gastronom\u00eda, con un sello de confianza, nosotros entendemos que el Sello Azul nos da esa acreditaci\u00f3n\u201d, asegur\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>El Director Nacional (s) de Sernapesca, Esteban Donoso, destac\u00f3 la importancia del Sello Azul: \u201cLa gente tiene muy claro que comer pescados y mariscos es sano, pero poco se habla de la sostenibilidad y lo que implica comer pescado para nuestro <b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span lang=\"ES-TRAD\"><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.mundoacuicola.cl\/medios\/?url_camp=26\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"https:\/\/www.mundoacuicola.cl\/medios\/?url_camp=26 noopener\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/www.mundoacuicola.cl\/medios\/?camp=26\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"250\" \/><\/a><\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/b>medioambiente. Los locales con Sello Azul se comprometen con la pesca legal y sostenible, para que los recursos se mantengan en el tiempo\u201d, coment\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>Cabe recordar que el Programa de Consumo Responsable \u2013 Sello Azul, acredita a los establecimientos que cumplen con todas las normativas vigentes de pesca y acuicultura, promoviendo el uso sustentable y responsable de los recursos hidrobiol\u00f3gicos.
