El objetivo fue ofrecer una experiencia \u00fanica y completa para mostrar el proceso integral de producci\u00f3n del salm\u00f3n, desde su origen hasta su distribuci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El Fam Press comenz\u00f3 el jueves 4 de abril, cuando los medios de prensa arribaron al aeropuerto de Balmaceda y fueron recibidos para dirigirse hacia el Parque Aik\u00e9n Patagonia, donde disfrutaron de una caminata y un asado de cordero.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El viernes 5 de abril, la jornada comenz\u00f3 temprano con el \u00abTurismo Salmonero Mowi\u00bb, en el que los periodistas fueron trasladados en lancha desde Puerto Chacabuco hasta la Piscicultura Fiordo Austral (PFA). All\u00ed, pudieron realizar diversos recorridos que les permitieron conocer los procesos desde la incubaci\u00f3n de ovas hasta el desarrollo de peces medianos.
