{"id":63027,"date":"2024-04-26T06:10:05","date_gmt":"2024-04-26T09:10:05","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.mundoacuicola.cl\/new\/?p=63027"},"modified":"2024-04-30T08:53:18","modified_gmt":"2024-04-30T11:53:18","slug":"salmon-de-chile-firma-alianza-con-reconocida-asociacion-de-chefs","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.mundoacuicola.cl\/new\/salmon-de-chile-firma-alianza-con-reconocida-asociacion-de-chefs\/","title":{"rendered":"Salm\u00f3n de Chile firma alianza con reconocida asociaci\u00f3n de chefs"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b><span lang=\"ES-TRAD\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.alloyingenieria.com\/\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-55815 size-full alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/www.mundoacuicola.cl\/new\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/09\/Gif-Alloy.gif\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"300\" \/><\/a><\/span><\/b>En una ceremonia realizada en la Sede Central de Inacap, se realiz\u00f3 la entrega de 34 becas otorgadas por la asociaci\u00f3n de chefs \u201cLes Toques Blanches\u201d, una iniciativa que busca que j\u00f3venes puedan estudiar gastronom\u00eda de manera gratuita en diversas instituciones educacionales.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En Salm\u00f3n de Chile no quisieron quedarse atr\u00e1s y anunciaron un convenio de colaboraci\u00f3n con \u201cLes Toques Blanches\u201d, para que estos puedan llegar hasta la Regi\u00f3n de Los Lagos y promover la gastronom\u00eda en el sur del pa\u00eds a trav\u00e9s de sus becas.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Esta asociaci\u00f3n de chefs arrib\u00f3 a Chile en 1991 y tiene como principal objetivo\u00a0 fomentar el desarrollo de la identidad cultural de la cocina chilena, en un ambiente de responsabilidad social, humana y profesional.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Por su parte, la iniciativa Salm\u00f3n de Chile \u2013 que lidera el gremio SalmonChile- busca promover las bondades del producto en nuestro pa\u00eds y sus principales mercados, dando a conocer los beneficios del salm\u00f3n.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cHoy firmamos nuestro compromiso de trabajar por la educaci\u00f3n de estos j\u00f3venes, verdaderos talentos. Nos llena de orgullo saber que este a\u00f1o 2024, estudiantes y profesores de liceos de educaci\u00f3n media t\u00e9cnica profesional de la Regi\u00f3n de Los Lagos tendr\u00e1n la oportunidad de cambiar su futuro. Con\u00a0 este convenio, no solo aportamos a los estudiantes, tendremos tambi\u00e9n la posibilidad de tener en la regi\u00f3n a grandes profesionales de \u2018Les Toques Blanches\u2019, que ser\u00e1n un aporte al desarrollo de la industria gastron\u00f3mica regional a trav\u00e9s de capacitaciones que estamos organizando en conjunto, para sentirnos orgullosos de nuestra cocina y de los maravillosos productos chilenos\u201d, explic\u00f3 el presidente de SalmonChile, Arturo Cl\u00e9ment.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b><span lang=\"ES-TRAD\"><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.mundoacuicola.cl\/medios\/?url_camp=26\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"https:\/\/www.mundoacuicola.cl\/medios\/?url_camp=26 noopener\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/www.mundoacuicola.cl\/medios\/?camp=26\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"250\" \/><\/a><\/strong><\/span><\/b>Agreg\u00f3 que \u201ces importante que puedan conocer la zona donde se desarrolla la salmonicultura, donde la prote\u00edna es ampliamente solicitada a lo largo del mundo para crear preparaciones gastron\u00f3micas que est\u00e1n a otro nivel. Eso es lo que queremos impulsar y apoyar para que juntos podamos llevar la cocina chilena al lugar que se merece\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Por su parte, el presidente de \u201cLes Toques Blanches\u201d, Eugenio Melo, se\u00f1al\u00f3 que \u201cuno de nuestros sue\u00f1os como asociaci\u00f3n de chefs es poder llegar con este proyecto a estudiantes talentosos que no solamente est\u00e1n en Santiago, sino que tambi\u00e9n en todo Chile.
