En esta oportunidad, el an\u00e1lisis corresponder\u00e1 al segundo trimestre del presente a\u00f1o. Este webinar tendr\u00e1 lugar a las 12:00 de Chile.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Durante los primeros meses del 2024, se observ\u00f3 un aumento en el optimismo de los consumidores, con una inflaci\u00f3n decreciente en algunos casos. Sin embargo, un tercio de los ciudadanos estadounidenses inform\u00f3 que est\u00e1n peor financieramente respecto a la situaci\u00f3n que enfrentaban un a\u00f1o atr\u00e1s. Lo anterior tiene como consecuencia una mayor planificaci\u00f3n en las compras y una oportunidad para los productos del mar, los que en el periodo pasado se compararon mejor que el resto de los \u00edtems en tienda.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En esta nueva edici\u00f3n del Webinar, los asistentes podr\u00e1n conocer en profundidad la din\u00e1mica del mercado de los pescados y mariscos entre abril y junio pasados, en cuanto a crecimiento, patrones de consumo y fluctuaciones de precios.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cabe recordar tambi\u00e9n que el primer trimestre del a\u00f1o se recalc\u00f3 la importancia de tres aspectos claves para fomentar el crecimiento de las ventas: accesibilidad, como aquella que permite acercar al consumidor a mejores precios, canales y mecanismos de compra; sostenibilidad, donde destaca la importante labor que ha hecho el salm\u00f3n en educar a los ciudadanos de Estados Unidos sobre nutrici\u00f3n y a su vez, que el 34% de ellos son proclives a gastar m\u00e1s en alimentos m\u00e1s sostenibles y amables con el medio ambiente; y sabor, donde se presenta la opci\u00f3n de ayudar a los compradores a preparar comidas m\u00e1s elaboradas y sabrosas desde sus hogares.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El salm\u00f3n por s\u00ed mismo es una potencia, pero a\u00fan hay muchos consumidores que no compran o consumen productos del mar. Se observa una gran oportunidad para los platos preparados en tienda &#8211; Deli-.
