En palabras de su vocero, Hern\u00e1n Cort\u00e9s, \u201cPorque esto hace frente a una de las mayores demandas que ha venido sosteniendo la pesca artesanal desde que se aprob\u00f3 la ley Longueira, que tiene que ver con un fraccionamiento justo para la pesca artesanal\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>El dirigente, tambi\u00e9n manifest\u00f3 que \u201ccreemos que todav\u00eda falta mucho para que el proyecto llegue al piso m\u00ednimo que solicitamos, y si bien recoge algunas de las prerrogativas que ha sostenido la pesca artesanal, como por ejemplo que la asignaci\u00f3n de cuotas sea consecuente con quien efectivamente realiza la pesca, esto no ocurre con algunas de las pesquer\u00edas, como por ejemplo la sardina y anchoveta, dado que la captura de este recurso lo hace 100% del mundo artesanal, por tanto, mantenemos nuestra posici\u00f3n de que las cuotas de sardina y anchoveta se asignen 100% a artesanales, y en el caso del jurel, sea 50% para la Industria y 50% para la pesca artesanal, por ejemplo\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Por otro lado, Cort\u00e9s enfatiz\u00f3 que \u201cEntendemos que esto responde al tr\u00e1mite legislativo que se est\u00e1 dando en la comisi\u00f3n de pesca<\/p>\n<h2><strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b><span lang=\"ES-TRAD\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.mundoacuicola.cl\/medios\/?url_camp=26\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"https:\/\/www.mundoacuicola.cl\/medios\/?url_camp=26 noopener\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/www.mundoacuicola.cl\/medios\/?camp=26\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"250\" \/><\/a><\/span><\/b><\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>del proyecto de Nueva Ley de Pesca, en el que un grupo de parlamentarios que se han dedicado a entorpecer el proceso, por tanto, consideramos positivo que el tema fraccionamiento, que es uno de los elementos que genera m\u00e1s controversia, sea separado y discutido en una ley distinta\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Finalmente, el dirigente clarific\u00f3 que \u201cEsto no quiere decir que desde la Alianza Nacional por la Defensa de la Pesca Artesanal abandonemos las definiciones que hemos planteado como agrupaci\u00f3n, sino todo lo contrario mantenemos firme nuestra convicci\u00f3n de que la nueva ley de pesca debe ser en aprobada, que necesitamos un fraccionamiento justo para la pesca artesanal, una plataforma social que sea financiada a partir de lo recaudado por licenciamiento industrial y la nulidad de la Ley s\u00edmbolo de la corrupci\u00f3n en Chile, la Ley Longueira\u201d.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Desde la Alianza Nacional por la Defensa de la Pesca Artesanal manifestaron estar de acuerdo&#8230;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":8,"featured_media":66105,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[126],"tags":[1261,143,23637,429,23638,206],"class_list":["post-67410","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-noticias","tag-acuicola","tag-acuicultura","tag-cuota-de-sardina-y-anchoveta","tag-maritimo","tag-peca-artesal","tag-pesca"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.5 -
