Un comit\u00e9 de selecci\u00f3n eval\u00faa a cada participante y selecciona los mejores productos como finalistas. Luego, un grupo de expertos eval\u00faa a los finalistas en funci\u00f3n de la experiencia de consumo, empaque, conveniencia, originalidad y el potencial de mercado.<\/p>\n<p>Los <a href=\"https:\/\/www.seafoodexpo.com\/global\/seafood-excellence-global\/\">Seafood Excellence Global Awards<\/a> consideran distintas categor\u00edas, tales como Mejor Producto Comercial y Mejor Producto Hotel\/Restaurante\/Catering (HORECA).
