Desde ceviche con manzanas y salm\u00f3n crujiente con rosa mosqueta hasta chupes y rouladas con cochayuyo, la ciudad ofrecer\u00e1 sabores \u00fanicos para celebrar esta prote\u00edna de calidad mundial.<\/p>\n<p>La iniciativa busca promover el consumo local, visibilizar el patrimonio gastron\u00f3mico y cultural de Puerto Montt y dinamizar la econom\u00eda local a trav\u00e9s del turismo y la identidad regional, con precios accesibles y actividades art\u00edsticas, m\u00fasica en vivo y muestras de arte local durante toda la semana.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEste proyecto es una apuesta por el futuro con ra\u00edces profundas en nuestra historia y tradiciones. Con Patagonia Costa buscamos fortalecer una identidad culinaria propia de nuestro territorio y dinamizar la econom\u00eda local a trav\u00e9s del turismo, la innovaci\u00f3n y el emprendimiento,\u201d destac\u00f3 el Gobernador Alejandro Santana.<\/p>\n<p>Por su parte, el alcalde de Puerto Montt Rodrigo Wainraihgt recalc\u00f3: \u201cQueremos que Puerto Montt sea la ciudad del salm\u00f3n por excelencia, reconocida a nivel nacional e internacional, y que el desarrollo de esta industria se traduzca en m\u00e1s seguridad, salud y oportunidades para mejorar la calidad de vida de nuestra gente.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Eduardo Arancibia, director de Corfo Los Lagos, subray\u00f3 que \u201cesta Semana Gastron\u00f3mica es una muestra concreta de c\u00f3mo podemos diversificar nuestra econom\u00eda a trav\u00e9s de identidad local y valor agregado, impulsando el desarrollo de las pymes y emprendedores de nuestra regi\u00f3n.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Francisco Renner, de SalmonChile, se\u00f1al\u00f3: \u201cChile alimenta al mundo con salm\u00f3n gracias al esfuerzo de m\u00e1s de 86.000 personas que trabajan en la industria en el sur del pa\u00eds.
