Su integraci\u00f3n permitir\u00e1 aplicar inteligencia artificial al an\u00e1lisis de muestras, agilizar el diagn\u00f3stico de enfermedades en peces y fortalecer el trabajo colaborativo remoto.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cEste equipo no solo mejora la calidad de imagen; es una puerta de entrada para aplicar inteligencia artificial en el diagn\u00f3stico de enfermedades del salm\u00f3n. Es parte de nuestra visi\u00f3n como laboratorio especializado en patolog\u00eda digital\u201d, explica Godoy.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>Diagn\u00f3stico colaborativo remoto<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El nuevo sistema permitir\u00e1 mejorar la <strong>precisi\u00f3n diagn\u00f3stica<\/strong> mediante telepatolog\u00eda y consultas a distancia. \u201cPoder compartir digitalmente una muestra, ya sea en tiempo real o de forma asincr\u00f3nica, para obtener una segunda opini\u00f3n, sin duda incrementar\u00e1 la exactitud en el diagn\u00f3stico de las enfermedades presentes hoy en nuestro pa\u00eds. Esos algoritmos permiten reconocer patrones celulares, medir formas, tama\u00f1os, di\u00e1metros, y tienen un amplio uso cl\u00ednico\u201d, comenta Godoy.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cLo que estamos haciendo ahora es adaptar ese tipo de algoritmos a las necesidades propias del diagn\u00f3stico en salud animal, particularmente en acuicultura. En peces, las patolog\u00edas relevantes no son neopl\u00e1sicas, sino que est\u00e1n asociadas a agentes infecciosos o no infecciosos, por lo que requerimos herramientas distintas y espec\u00edficas para nuestro contexto\u201d, agrega.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>IA en morfolog\u00eda celular<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Seg\u00fan Godoy, el laboratorio ya ten\u00eda experiencia en digitalizaci\u00f3n de muestras, pero la incorporaci\u00f3n de este nuevo equipo marca un salto cualitativo en capacidad t\u00e9cnica y usabilidad. \u201cLlevamos muchos a\u00f1os trabajando con telepatolog\u00eda y digitalizaci\u00f3n de im\u00e1genes histol\u00f3gicas. Gracias a la digitalizaci\u00f3n, los estudiantes pueden acceder a casos reales desde cualquier lugar, analizar l\u00e1minas con calidad diagn\u00f3stica y entrenarse con herramientas de inteligencia artificial. Esto <strong>eleva el est\u00e1ndar de ense\u00f1anza<\/strong> y permite formar profesionales con competencias alineadas a las necesidades actuales y futuras del sector acu\u00edcola\u201d, destaca Godoy.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El proceso de capacitaci\u00f3n en el uso del equipo y sus programas ya est\u00e1 en marcha.
