En el \u00e1mbito acu\u00edcola, la compa\u00f1\u00eda destac\u00f3 una reducci\u00f3n del 46% en el uso de antibi\u00f3ticos en sus centros de cultivo de salm\u00f3nidos, tomando como a\u00f1o base 2017.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"468\" data-end=\"814\">Seg\u00fan el informe, durante el ciclo cerrado m\u00e1s reciente, el \u00edndice de uso de ingredientes farmac\u00e9uticos activos (API) alcanz\u00f3 213 gramos por tonelada cosechada, resultado que se enmarca en el compromiso asumido por la empresa con la ONG Monterey Bay Aquarium para disminuir progresivamente el uso de antimicrobianos en la producci\u00f3n acu\u00edcola.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"816\" data-end=\"1039\">Adem\u00e1s, Blumar inform\u00f3 que nueve de sus centros fueron certificados bajo el est\u00e1ndar PROA (Programa de Uso Optimizado de Antimicrobianos), seis de ellos en la categor\u00eda libre de antibi\u00f3ticos y tres en uso eficiente.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1041\" data-end=\"1432\">El enfoque de la empresa considera medidas preventivas como vacunaci\u00f3n, mejoras en bioseguridad, monitoreo constante del bienestar animal y cumplimiento estricto de los protocolos veterinarios.
