{"id":78707,"date":"2025-08-21T11:16:36","date_gmt":"2025-08-21T15:16:36","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.mundoacuicola.cl\/new\/?p=78707"},"modified":"2025-08-22T13:18:02","modified_gmt":"2025-08-22T17:18:02","slug":"la-region-de-aysen-se-aventura-en-la-produccion-de-caviar","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.mundoacuicola.cl\/new\/la-region-de-aysen-se-aventura-en-la-produccion-de-caviar\/","title":{"rendered":"La regi\u00f3n de Ays\u00e9n se aventura en la producci\u00f3n de caviar"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En la regi\u00f3n de Ays\u00e9n la piscicultura Dr. Shiraishi de la Universidad de Los Lagos recibi\u00f3 2.660 ejemplares de esturi\u00f3n blanco (<em>Acipenser transmontanus<\/em>) provenientes de una piscicultura experimental ubicada en el Lago Rupanco, regi\u00f3n de Los Lagos, con el fin de iniciar la producci\u00f3n de caviar, uno de los productos gastron\u00f3micos m\u00e1s sofisticados y reconocidos a nivel mundial.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El traslado se llev\u00f3 a cabo en camiones cisterna, especiales para el transporte de peces vivos. El proceso fue fiscalizado desde el origen hasta el destino por funcionarios del Servicio Nacional de Pesca y Acuicultura (Sernapesca), quienes verificaron que el movimiento se realizara en cumplimiento de las exigencias normativas, particularmente, en relaci\u00f3n con los reglamentos sanitarios, ambientales y manteniendo en todo momento el bienestar animal.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La piscicultura de la casa de estudios cuenta con \u00e1reas habilitadas para el manejo y cultivo de especies no salm\u00f3nidas, incluyendo estanques de recepci\u00f3n con sistemas de filtrado y medidas de bioseguridad, sin embargo, los fiscalizadores de Sernapesca hicieron observaciones en cuanto a mejoras en la infraestructura de contenci\u00f3n y protecci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tras efectuar las medidas correctivas, Sernapesca realiz\u00f3 una nueva fiscalizaci\u00f3n donde se verific\u00f3 que los ejemplares se encontraban en buen estado y que las medidas solicitadas hab\u00edan sido implementadas satisfactoriamente.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Daniela Leiva, directora regional de Sernapesca en Ays\u00e9n, coment\u00f3: \u201cPara Sernapesca es fundamental acompa\u00f1ar y fiscalizar iniciativas de este tipo, asegurando el cumplimiento de la normativa vigente y resguardando tanto la salud animal como el medio ambiente. Si bien esta piscicultura ya contaba con algunos ejemplares de esturi\u00f3n, la incorporaci\u00f3n de 2.660 peces concreta un proyecto con fines productivos que debe desarrollarse bajo estrictos est\u00e1ndares.
