{"id":80215,"date":"2025-09-04T04:09:02","date_gmt":"2025-09-04T08:09:02","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.mundoacuicola.cl\/new\/?p=80215"},"modified":"2025-09-05T14:49:52","modified_gmt":"2025-09-05T18:49:52","slug":"innaqua-2025-realizan-analisis-historico-economico-y-tecnico-sobre-oxigenacion","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.mundoacuicola.cl\/new\/innaqua-2025-realizan-analisis-historico-economico-y-tecnico-sobre-oxigenacion\/","title":{"rendered":"Imenco expone an\u00e1lisis hist\u00f3rico y t\u00e9cnico sobre oxigenaci\u00f3n"},"content":{"rendered":"<p data-start=\"339\" data-end=\"684\">Al cierre del segundo d\u00eda de InnaAqua 2025, David Ulloa, gerente general de Imenco Aqua Chile, present\u00f3 un an\u00e1lisis hist\u00f3rico y t\u00e9cnico sobre la oxigenaci\u00f3n en centros de cultivo, destacando c\u00f3mo la eficiencia y los costos asociados a este proceso han evolucionado en la industria salmonicultora.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"686\" data-end=\"1125\">Ulloa repas\u00f3 los primeros usos de sistemas de oxigenaci\u00f3n en la salmonicultura, desde m\u00e9todos rudimentarios como cascadas o tubos perforados hasta la incorporaci\u00f3n de difusores cer\u00e1micos y mangueras microperforadas, y posteriormente, los sistemas criog\u00e9nicos y de generaci\u00f3n in situ. Este barrido hist\u00f3rico permiti\u00f3 dar contexto a los avances en eficiencia que hoy son parte fundamental de la operaci\u00f3n en pisciculturas y centros de mar.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1127\" data-end=\"1359\">El gerente de Imenco Aqua Chile puso \u00e9nfasis en c\u00f3mo el flujo m\u00e1sico influye directamente en la eficiencia de los sistemas, mostrando ejemplos pr\u00e1cticos medidos en el centro de pruebas que la compa\u00f1\u00eda mantiene en Puerto Montt.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1127\" data-end=\"1359\">\u201cCuando aumentamos el flujo m\u00e1sico, la eficiencia baja, pero la capacidad de entrega crece. Lo importante es entender que no existe una eficiencia absoluta de un dispositivo, sino que esta debe evaluarse siempre en relaci\u00f3n con el flujo aplicado\u201d, explic\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1622\" data-end=\"2088\">En su presentaci\u00f3n, Ulloa entreg\u00f3 cifras sobre el costo de oxigenaci\u00f3n en distintos sistemas productivos, indicando que en centros de engorda los valores asociados pueden representar entre un 3 y 4 % del costo total de producci\u00f3n, con rangos de 12 a 16 centavos de d\u00f3lar por kilo de salm\u00f3n Atl\u00e1ntico. Se\u00f1al\u00f3 que estas cifras reflejan tanto la importancia del suministro como la necesidad de optimizar su uso para mantener la competitividad de la industria.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1622\" data-end=\"2088\">\u201cEl ox\u00edgeno incide de manera cr\u00edtica en los resultados productivos. Un buen sistema de abastecimiento, monitoreo e inyecci\u00f3n puede marcar la diferencia entre altos niveles de crecimiento y mortalidades elevadas. Pero debemos ser claros: el \u00e9xito no depende solo del ox\u00edgeno, sino de un conjunto de variables ambientales y sanitarias que interact\u00faan en el proceso\u201d, puntualiz\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2471\" data-end=\"2935\">El ejecutivo recalc\u00f3 que los ensayos realizados por Imenco en su laboratorio de Puerto Montt han permitido documentar c\u00f3mo el comportamiento del ox\u00edgeno var\u00eda entre agua dulce, salada y salobre, validando con datos emp\u00edricos la relevancia de la viscosidad y tensi\u00f3n superficial en la disoluci\u00f3n del gas.
