La exposici\u00f3n, a cargo de SalmonChile e Intesal, subray\u00f3 una hoja de ruta que combina evidencia t\u00e9cnica y trabajo territorial para consolidar una salmonicultura m\u00e1s responsable y socialmente leg\u00edtima.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Entre los avances y desaf\u00edos del sector, el gremio destac\u00f3 un 100% de la biomasa certificada, 99% de agua reutilizada en pisciculturas, US$17 millones en I+D+i (+155% vs. 2023) y una tasa de cumplimiento de inocuidad de 99,99% en m\u00e1s de 96 mil operaciones de exportaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La presentaci\u00f3n del D\u00e9cimo Informe de Sustentabilidad de SalmonChile, realizada en el marco de Innaqua 2025, estuvo a cargo de Francisco Renner, director de Comunicaciones, Felipe D\u00edaz, director de Comunidades y Alexander Jaramillo, coordinador de Salud e Inocuidad de Intesal. El gremio subray\u00f3 una d\u00e9cada de reportes \u201cen pos de la transparencia de nuestra industria\u201d y destac\u00f3 mayor inversi\u00f3n en innovaci\u00f3n, \u00e9nfasis social y el trabajo t\u00e9cnico de Intesal.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3>Cifras clave<\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Entre los indicadores centrales, el informe consigna 100% de biomasa certificada bajo est\u00e1ndares internacionales, 99% de agua reutilizada en pisciculturas con tecnolog\u00edas de recirculaci\u00f3n, US$17 millones invertidos en I+D+i en 2024 (alza de 155% respecto de 2023) y 99,99% de operaciones de exportaci\u00f3n sin alertas ni rechazos, sobre un total de 96.615 operaciones a 83 pa\u00edses. Adem\u00e1s, se revalorizaron 15.950 toneladas de residuos inorg\u00e1nicos y se retiraron 5.307 m\u00b3 de desechos en 1.727 km de costa, en el marco de programas de limpieza y gesti\u00f3n de residuos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Desde el trabajo territorial, SalmonChile relev\u00f3 los Di\u00e1logos para la Salmonicultura del Futuro: ocho encuentros desde Biob\u00edo a Magallanes, con m\u00e1s de 800 participantes de 287 organizaciones. \u201cDecidimos proyectar la industria al 2050 y no hacerlo solos, sino que con pescadores, juntas de vecinos y actores del territorio\u201d, explic\u00f3 Felipe D\u00edaz. \u201cA partir de los di\u00e1logos pudimos elaborar un libro que permiti\u00f3 fijar una agenda 2050 y presentarla a autoridades\u201d, a\u00f1adi\u00f3.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El informe estructura la vinculaci\u00f3n comunitaria en cuatro pilares: sostenibilidad corporativa, gesti\u00f3n activa del v\u00ednculo, valor compartido e inversi\u00f3n social. Entre las iniciativas destacadas figuran la Mesa de Equidad de G\u00e9nero y el Observatorio de Playas, desaf\u00edo de innovaci\u00f3n lanzado con K\u00ebtrawa para monitorear, mapear y generar datos sobre residuos en zonas remotas de Ays\u00e9n, Palena y Chilo\u00e9 con miras a pilotos a gran escala.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3>Sanidad<\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En materia sanitaria, Jaramillo calific\u00f3 2024 como \u201cun a\u00f1o favorable\u201d en t\u00e9rminos generales. Sobre antibi\u00f3ticos, puntualiz\u00f3 que la normativa chilena es robusta, con amplia trazabilidad y monitoreo, y que el alza del indicador frente a 2023 obedeci\u00f3 principalmente a floraciones de algas nocivas del primer semestre. Aun as\u00ed, remarc\u00f3 que el uso se mantiene 19% por debajo del promedio hist\u00f3rico desde 2013.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El gremio adem\u00e1s detall\u00f3 avances del Proyecto Yelcho, alianza p\u00fablico-privada con Sernapesca y el SAG. La iniciativa est\u00e1 orientada a disminuir el uso de antibi\u00f3ticos en la salmonicultura mediante estrategias preventivas. En una primera fase, el proyecto dio inicio a su ensayo experimental, con el objetivo de evaluar nuevas tecnolog\u00edas y estrategias sanitarias para la prevenci\u00f3n de la Piscirickettsiosis (SRS), una enfermedad bacteriana end\u00e9mica de Chile que constituye uno de los principales desaf\u00edos sanitarios del sector.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Respecto del caligus, el promedio de adultos m\u00f3viles en ciclo cerrado fue 2,9 en 2024, con aumento frente a 2023 pero \u201cdentro de rangos manejables\u201d. El sector intensific\u00f3 alternativas no farmacol\u00f3gicas y manejo integrado de par\u00e1sitos; solo en 2024, estas estrategias se aplicaron en 949 jaulas, equivalentes a 269.808 toneladas (45% de la biomasa de empresas socias). En paralelo, la mortalidad mostr\u00f3 una disminuci\u00f3n frente a 2023 y se ha mantenido en torno a 5% la \u00faltima d\u00e9cada.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sobre escapes de peces, se registraron tres eventos en 2024, asociados a recambio de redes, ataques de mam\u00edferos y da\u00f1o delictual, con una tendencia a la baja en la \u00faltima d\u00e9cada, atribuida a mayores exigencias t\u00e9cnicas y a la Ley 21.532 sobre seguridad de estructuras y fondeo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Finalmente, SalmonChile lig\u00f3 la agenda de innovaci\u00f3n y sostenibilidad con una estrategia de comunicaci\u00f3n y relacionamiento m\u00e1s amplia, apuntando a consolidar a la salmonicultura como orgullo del sur y activo estrat\u00e9gico para la seguridad alimentaria del pa\u00eds.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>SalmonChile present\u00f3 su D\u00e9cimo Informe de Sustentabilidad en Innaqua 2025, destacando innovaci\u00f3n, bienestar animal y vinculaci\u00f3n con comunidades.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":10,"featured_media":80248,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[60],"tags":[1261,143,122,2907,16278,21574,184,6027,137,197],"class_list":["post-80245","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-salmonicultura","tag-acuicola","tag-acuicultura","tag-industria-acuicola","tag-industria-salmonera","tag-innaqua","tag-innaqua-2025","tag-salmon","tag-salmonera","tag-salmones","tag-salmonicultura"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.5 -
