{"id":81217,"date":"2025-10-02T14:30:30","date_gmt":"2025-10-02T18:30:30","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.mundoacuicola.cl\/new\/?p=81217"},"modified":"2025-10-03T11:08:51","modified_gmt":"2025-10-03T15:08:51","slug":"camanchaca-hizo-brillar-al-jurel-y-el-salmon-en-espacio-food-service-2025","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.mundoacuicola.cl\/new\/camanchaca-hizo-brillar-al-jurel-y-el-salmon-en-espacio-food-service-2025\/","title":{"rendered":"Camanchaca hizo brillar al jurel y el salm\u00f3n en Espacio Food &#038; Service 2025"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Entre el 30 de septiembre y el 2 de octubre, el Centro de Eventos Espacio Riesco de Santiago fue el epicentro que alberg\u00f3 la 13\u00aa edici\u00f3n de Food &amp; Service, la feria de la industria alimentaria m\u00e1s importante del pa\u00eds y una de las m\u00e1s reconocidas en Latinoam\u00e9rica, en donde la Regi\u00f3n del Biob\u00edo tuvo un papel estelar.<\/p>\n<p>Esto porque, junto con ser la regi\u00f3n invitada, en el Pabell\u00f3n del Mar, Camanchaca, una de las empresas l\u00edderes del mercado, con un stand de 18m\u00b2, hizo brillar al jurel y al salm\u00f3n regional ante los miles de asistentes de 22 pa\u00edses que llegaron al recinto, quienes pudieron conocer de cerca la calidad de los productos elaborados a trav\u00e9s de procesos sustentables y bajo est\u00e1ndar internacional.<\/p>\n<p>As\u00ed fue como el salm\u00f3n premium con y sin piel, las hamburguesas de salm\u00f3n, el harasu, los mejillones, y el jurel chileno \u00danico, entre otros, despertaron el inter\u00e9s del p\u00fablico, quienes adem\u00e1s pudieron conocer las innovadoras Jurelm\u00e1ticas, dispensadora autom\u00e1tica que ofrece de manera f\u00e1cil y expedita las conservas de jurel con mayor contenido drenado del mercado, y que en la regi\u00f3n del Biob\u00edo se pueden encontrar en las estaciones del Biotren, la Vega Monumental e incluso en el Hospital Regional Guillermo Grant Benavente.<\/p>\n<p>Las actividades en vivo tambi\u00e9n marcaron las jornadas. La chef Natalia Tapia, oriunda de Chonchi (Los Lagos), ofreci\u00f3 preparaciones en base a salm\u00f3n y mejillones Camanchaca, mientras que el chef Manuel Matamala present\u00f3 recetas innovadoras con jurel, destacando la versatilidad de esta prote\u00edna marina con nuevas formas para incorporarla en la cocina profesional.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cNuestra participaci\u00f3n en Espacio Food &amp; Service ha sido una oportunidad \u00fanica para encontrarnos con clientes y consumidores, mostrarles la calidad de nuestros productos y, al mismo tiempo, sorprenderlos con nuevas experiencias culinarias que refuerzan nuestra propuesta de valor\u201d, dijo Constanza Gonz\u00e1lez, subgerente de Marketing de Camanchaca.<\/p>\n<h2><b>Reconocimientos<\/b><\/h2>\n<p>Pero tambi\u00e9n, Camanchaca aprovech\u00f3 la ocasi\u00f3n para distinguir a dos de sus colaboradores por su aporte a la compa\u00f1\u00eda. Se trata de Alfonzo Zapata, tripulante de la regi\u00f3n del Biob\u00edo, y Mauricio Mart\u00ednez, trabajador de la Planta de Procesos, quienes fueron parte de una instancia que se consolida como la principal vitrina internacional de la industria alimentaria del pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n<p>As\u00ed fue como Espacio Food &amp; Service busc\u00f3 posicionar a Chile, y en particular a la industria de alimentos del mar, como un actor relevante para los mercados globales, acercando a tomadores de decisiones y generando nuevas oportunidades de negocios mediante v\u00ednculos comerciales.<\/p>\n<p>La presencia de Camanchaca se enmarca en los esfuerzos por relevar al jurel como producto emblem\u00e1tico del Biob\u00edo, cuyo posicionamiento que tuvo un hito relevante con la primera celebraci\u00f3n del D\u00eda del Jurel en pasado 25 de septiembre.
