{"id":81281,"date":"2025-10-03T16:52:36","date_gmt":"2025-10-03T20:52:36","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.mundoacuicola.cl\/new\/?p=81281"},"modified":"2025-10-13T18:07:13","modified_gmt":"2025-10-13T22:07:13","slug":"pabellon-del-mar-2025-vuelve-a-food-service-para-promover-una-alimentacion-saludable-y-sostenible","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.mundoacuicola.cl\/new\/pabellon-del-mar-2025-vuelve-a-food-service-para-promover-una-alimentacion-saludable-y-sostenible\/","title":{"rendered":"Pabell\u00f3n del Mar 2025 impulsa alimentaci\u00f3n saludable y sostenible en Food &#038; Service"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Por tercer a\u00f1o consecutivo se desarroll\u00f3 el Pabell\u00f3n del Mar en el marco de la feria Food &amp; Service \u2014el encuentro m\u00e1s relevante de la industria alimentaria en Chile\u2014, realizada entre el 30 de septiembre y el 2 de octubre en Espacio Riesco.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dicho Pabell\u00f3n busca promover una alimentaci\u00f3n saludable y sostenible a partir de productos del mar, visibilizando la innovaci\u00f3n e inclusi\u00f3n de todos los actores de la industria pesquera.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En su edici\u00f3n 2025, la feria alimentaria profesional m\u00e1s importante de Chile convoc\u00f3 a cerca de 40 mil visitantes, quienes conocieron la oferta de productos del mar de expositores y emprendimientos, adem\u00e1s de participar en ruedas de negocios.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cEl sector pesquero chileno tiene un potencial enorme para transformarse en un verdadero motor de desarrollo sostenible. Contamos con una de las mayores zonas econ\u00f3micas exclusivas del planeta y una biodiversidad marina \u00fanica\u201d, se\u00f1al\u00f3 el presidente de la Sociedad Nacional de Pesca (Sonapesca), Felipe Sandoval.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El dirigente destac\u00f3 que la industria aporta m\u00e1s de 31 mil empleos directos, otros 42 mil indirectos y cerca de US$ 2.300 millones en exportaciones, cifras que reflejan la importancia de un sector que puede seguir creciendo con mayor valor agregado y contribuyendo a la seguridad alimentaria del pa\u00eds.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Por su parte, Paulo Rojas Jara, director ejecutivo de la Corporaci\u00f3n Pro Pescado, subray\u00f3 la relevancia de esta instancia, que re\u00fane a la pesca artesanal \u2014representada por Indespa\u2014, la pesca industrial y el sector acu\u00edcola.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cEs una oportunidad para mostrar la diversidad de recursos marinos que existen en Chile, m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de las especies m\u00e1s consumidas como la merluza o la reineta\u201d, coment\u00f3.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La feria tambi\u00e9n cont\u00f3 con la Cocina del Mar, un espacio de degustaciones en vivo con preparaciones de navajuelas, algas, ostiones, machas, trucha, salm\u00f3n y jurel. \u201cQueremos que la gente vea que los productos del mar son vers\u00e1tiles, econ\u00f3micos, nutritivos y f\u00e1ciles de preparar. La recepci\u00f3n ha sido muy positiva y lo que esperamos ahora es que los consumidores se atrevan a llevar esta variedad a sus casas\u201d, agreg\u00f3 Rojas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Entre los asistentes, Juan Francisco Aldunce, director comercial de Seaweed Place, se\u00f1al\u00f3 que su empresa lleva m\u00e1s de cuatro d\u00e9cadas exportando algas para consumo humano con fuerte presencia en el mercado asi\u00e1tico. Tambi\u00e9n destac\u00f3 los avances logrados en Chile con la incorporaci\u00f3n de algas en el programa Junaeb, aunque advirti\u00f3 que cambios en pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas redujeron su obligatoriedad, lo que afect\u00f3 la cobertura en un 20 a 30%.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cEs fundamental que se retome su obligatoriedad, porque las algas aportan un gran valor nutricional frente a problemas como la obesidad y la diabetes infantil\u201d, precis\u00f3. Adem\u00e1s agreg\u00f3 que \u201cChile cuenta con una costa privilegiada y con la calidad que nos entrega la corriente de Humboldt, pero gran parte de la producci\u00f3n se exporta porque a\u00fan no existe suficiente demanda interna\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><strong>PREMIACI\u00d3N TRABAJADORES DE LA INDUSTRIA PESQUERA 2025<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Durante la jornada tambi\u00e9n se realiz\u00f3 un reconocimiento a pescadores industriales, trabajadores y a un cocinero, cuyo esfuerzo y dedicaci\u00f3n son clave para llevar una alimentaci\u00f3n saludable a los hogares de todo el pa\u00eds.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En ese sentido, en la categor\u00eda \u201cTripulantes\u201d, se reconoci\u00f3 a Alfonso Zapata (Camanchaca), Carlos Molina (Blumar) y Vicente Reyes\u00a0 (Friosur);
