La actividad, organizada por el Centro Interdisciplinario para la Investigaci\u00f3n Acu\u00edcola (CIBA), se desarrollar\u00e1 el 28 de octubre y contar\u00e1 con la participaci\u00f3n de especialistas nacionales e internacionales, adem\u00e1s de un espacio de networking orientado a fortalecer la colaboraci\u00f3n t\u00e9cnica.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1100\" data-end=\"1701\">El programa contempla dos bloques tem\u00e1ticos. El primero, centrado en salud de peces, abordar\u00e1 la situaci\u00f3n sanitaria y productiva general de la industria, las cataratas en salm\u00f3nidos, patolog\u00edas no infecciosas y nuevas evidencias sobre melanosis difusa. Entre los expositores figuran Joel Leal, gerente general de Aquabench; Diego Caro, gerente t\u00e9cnico de CIBA; Rudy Su\u00e1rez, gerente de desarrollo y nuevos servicios de CIBA; Marcos Godoy, investigador y docente de la Universidad San Sebasti\u00e1n y gerente general de CIBA; y Sara Cavini, directora t\u00e9cnica e I+D de Greenvolution.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1703\" data-end=\"2289\">Durante la jornada, Joel Leal presentar\u00e1 un panorama actualizado de la salud productiva del sector. Diego Caro expondr\u00e1 sobre los aspectos epidemiol\u00f3gicos y patol\u00f3gicos de las cataratas en Chile, mientras que Rudy Su\u00e1rez profundizar\u00e1 en casos cl\u00ednicos de enfermedades no infecciosas en el cultivo de salm\u00f3n coho. Por su parte, Marcos Godoy presentar\u00e1 los avances en la comprensi\u00f3n del espectro morfol\u00f3gico de la melanosis difusa, y Sara Cavini abordar\u00e1 el uso de aditivos funcionales en la salud de los peces, destacando la investigaci\u00f3n aplicada que impulsa su empresa.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"1703\" data-end=\"2289\"><strong>Nutrici\u00f3n<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"2291\" data-end=\"2753\">El bloque de nutrici\u00f3n incluir\u00e1 presentaciones sobre formulaciones y estrategias que vinculan directamente el bienestar animal con el rendimiento productivo. Participar\u00e1n Xu Gong, especialista en nutrici\u00f3n acu\u00edcola y asesor de CIBA; Rodrigo Solervicens, director de Marketing Estrat\u00e9gico y Tecnolog\u00eda de Cargill Chile; Javier Gonz\u00e1lez, gerente t\u00e9cnico y de desarrollo de Nuproxa Chile; y Jesse Trushenski, directora de I+D de Nordly Holding.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2755\" data-end=\"3204\">Los temas abordar\u00e1n desde la nutrici\u00f3n en la fase de agua dulce hasta la modulaci\u00f3n nutricional del estr\u00e9s oxidativo, el rol de los \u00e1cidos grasos como v\u00ednculo entre nutrici\u00f3n y salud y las brechas entre nutrientes y requerimientos nutricionales en salmones. En paralelo, Rudy Su\u00e1rez presentar\u00e1 nuevamente un enfoque cl\u00ednico sobre enfermedades no infecciosas, integrando la mirada sanitaria con los desaf\u00edos nutricionales del cultivo.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3206\" data-end=\"3624\">El encuentro concluir\u00e1 con un cocktail de cierre, que ofrecer\u00e1 a los asistentes una oportunidad para el intercambio directo entre investigadores, t\u00e9cnicos y representantes de la industria.
