{"id":82460,"date":"2025-11-06T04:02:14","date_gmt":"2025-11-06T08:02:14","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.mundoacuicola.cl\/new\/?p=82460"},"modified":"2025-11-10T11:48:32","modified_gmt":"2025-11-10T15:48:32","slug":"salmonchile-reafirma-su-compromiso-con-la-gastronomia-local-en-exitosa-expo-sabores-pucon-2025","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.mundoacuicola.cl\/new\/salmonchile-reafirma-su-compromiso-con-la-gastronomia-local-en-exitosa-expo-sabores-pucon-2025\/","title":{"rendered":"SalmonChile destaca en Expo Sabores Puc\u00f3n 2025"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">SalmonChile, asociaci\u00f3n gremial que representa a las principales empresas productoras y proveedoras de la salmonicultura nacional, particip\u00f3 exitosamente en la XII versi\u00f3n de Expo Sabores Puc\u00f3n 2025, uno de los eventos gastron\u00f3micos m\u00e1s importantes del sur de Chile, realizado entre el 31 de octubre y el 2 de noviembre en el Gran Hotel Enjoy de Puc\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La feria, organizada por la agrupaci\u00f3n Puc\u00f3n Chef, con quien SalmonChile mantiene una alianza estrat\u00e9gica desde hace m\u00e1s de 10 a\u00f1os, congreg\u00f3 a m\u00e1s de 18 mil visitantes y cont\u00f3 con la participaci\u00f3n de m\u00e1s de 90 expositores, entre emprendedores locales, cocineros, productores de vino y cerveza, artesanos e innovaciones gastron\u00f3micas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">SalmonChile estuvo presente con un foodtruck donde Puc\u00f3n Chef prepar\u00f3, entre otros platos, tacos, t\u00e1rtaros, ensaladas, cremas y ceviches para degustaci\u00f3n gratuita de los asistentes. Adem\u00e1s, el reconocido chef nacional Mikel Zulueta, miembro del cap\u00edtulo chileno Les Toques Blanches -agrupaci\u00f3n con la que SalmonChile mantiene un convenio para entregar becas de gastronom\u00eda a alumnos de liceos t\u00e9cnicos de la especialidad- realiz\u00f3 clases magistrales utilizando el salm\u00f3n como producto base. Junto a ellos, destacados chefs argentinos realizaron innovadoras preparaciones al fuego, captando la atenci\u00f3n del p\u00fablico presente. Las empresas socias y colaboradoras Cosecha del Mar, Marine Farm y Sudmaris aportaron con sus productos, proporcionando salm\u00f3n y choritos de alta calidad para las diversas preparaciones culinarias.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Una de las novedades este a\u00f1o fue la participaci\u00f3n de la Mesa de Mujeres Rurales de La Araucan\u00eda, organizaci\u00f3n que lleva tiempo trabajando con SalmonChile agrupaci\u00f3n que re\u00fane a m\u00e1s de 1.000 mujeres de las 32 comunas de la regi\u00f3n que tuvieron la oportunidad de exponer y comercializar sus productos artesanales, generando un valioso intercambio cultural y comercial.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El representante territorial de SalmonChile en la Araucan\u00eda, Ricardo L\u00f3pez, destac\u00f3 \u201cque las mujeres de La Araucan\u00eda hayan podido participar y difundir sus emprendimientos y productos, elaborados con la misma pasi\u00f3n y dedicaci\u00f3n que caracteriza a la salmonicultura\u00bb.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Luz Huenchulaf, presidenta de la agrupaci\u00f3n, se mostr\u00f3 agradecida con el gremio por la oportunidad, y agreg\u00f3 que \u201cfue una experiencia muy valiosa para mostrar nuestro trabajo y descubrir nuevas formas de comercializaci\u00f3n, especialmente en ferias regionales donde el apoyo de SalmonChile resulta fundamental\u00bb.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La asociaci\u00f3n gremial sostuvo recientemente una reuni\u00f3n de trabajo con la directiva de la mesa, con el objetivo de explorar l\u00edneas de trabajo conjunto que puedan contribuir al desarrollo sostenible en el territorio.
