La compa\u00f1\u00eda, liderada comercialmente por Ricardo Prambs, participar\u00e1 en el Transfer Summit 2025, evento organizado por Salmofood que se realizar\u00e1 este 11 de noviembre en el Centro de Vinculaci\u00f3n Ciudad Puerto de Empormontt, en Puerto Montt.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1194\" data-end=\"1876\">El desarrollo de BIOTRUCK\u00ae comenz\u00f3 en 2006, cuando la empresa inici\u00f3 un proceso de exploraci\u00f3n tecnol\u00f3gica que la llev\u00f3 a crear su propio sistema de transporte con recirculaci\u00f3n de agua, desgasificaci\u00f3n y control de ox\u00edgeno. \u201cNos dimos cuenta de que los sistemas tradicionales no resolv\u00edan el principal problema del transporte de peces: la acumulaci\u00f3n de CO\u2082. La acidosis respiratoria era el gran pero de la industria, porque los peces llegaban con niveles alt\u00edsimos de estr\u00e9s. Por eso enfocamos todo el desarrollo en garantizar el bienestar del pez, eliminando el estr\u00e9s qu\u00edmico y f\u00edsico, y asegurando agua homog\u00e9nea, oxigenada y estable dentro del estanque\u201d, explic\u00f3 Prambs.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1878\" data-end=\"2346\">La tecnolog\u00eda BIOTRUCK\u00ae permite trasladar peces durante m\u00e1s de 30 horas sin recambio de agua, manteniendo niveles de ox\u00edgeno al 100% y concentraciones de CO\u2082 entre 5 y 8 miligramos por litro. \u201cPodemos transportar 100 kilos de peces a largas distancias con cero mortalidad. Un buen traslado es la primera garant\u00eda de que la producci\u00f3n en mar ser\u00e1 exitosa. Si la transferencia falla, los efectos se arrastran durante todo el ciclo productivo\u201d, afirm\u00f3 el ejecutivo.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"1878\" data-end=\"2346\"><strong>Bienestar animal y bioseguridad<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"2348\" data-end=\"2735\">Prambs subray\u00f3 que el bienestar animal y la bioseguridad son los ejes centrales de la innovaci\u00f3n. \u201cNuestra meta es asegurar que cada traslado defina positivamente el desempe\u00f1o productivo. No se trata solo de mover peces: es una fase biol\u00f3gica cr\u00edtica que determina el \u00e9xito del cultivo. La transferencia bien ejecutada marca la diferencia entre una cosecha buena y una deficiente\u201d.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2737\" data-end=\"3242\">El gerente comercial destac\u00f3 tambi\u00e9n el valor de espacios como el Transfer Summit 2025, orientados a la discusi\u00f3n t\u00e9cnica y la colaboraci\u00f3n entre industria, academia y proveedores. \u201cEventos como este son fundamentales porque re\u00fanen a todos los actores para hablar de transferencia con foco en bienestar, trazabilidad y producci\u00f3n. Muchos se concentran en la alimentaci\u00f3n o la gen\u00e9tica, pero la transferencia es el punto de partida.
