Las exportaciones chilenas de salm\u00f3nidos alcanzaron US$ 6.600 millones en 2025<\/strong>, consolidando a la salmonicultura como uno de los principales sectores exportadores del pa\u00eds. De acuerdo con la Subsecretar\u00eda de Relaciones Econ\u00f3micas Internacionales (SUBREI), con cifras del Servicio Nacional de Aduanas, el rubro represent\u00f3 6,2% del total de las exportaciones de Chile<\/strong> y 48% de los env\u00edos de alimentos procesados<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

En un a\u00f1o marcado por tensiones comerciales, el desempe\u00f1o del sector incorpor\u00f3 un nuevo factor de presi\u00f3n desde abril, luego de que el gobierno de Donald Trump<\/strong> anunciara el paquete de aranceles conocido como \u201cLiberation Day\u201d, que estableci\u00f3 un arancel base de 10% a las importaciones<\/strong> en EE. UU.<\/p>\n

En ese contexto, Estados Unidos se mantuvo como el principal destino del salm\u00f3n chileno, con exportaciones por alrededor de US$ 2.600 millones<\/strong>, equivalentes a 42% del total<\/strong>. Sin embargo, en comparaci\u00f3n con 2024, los env\u00edos a ese pa\u00eds crecieron en torno a 1%.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Jap\u00f3n<\/strong> se ubic\u00f3 como el segundo destino, con exportaciones cercanas a US$ 1.160 millones<\/strong>, lo que represent\u00f3 aproximadamente 18% del total<\/strong> y un crecimiento interanual cercano a 5%<\/strong>. Brasil<\/strong>, en tanto, registr\u00f3 env\u00edos por unos US$ 850 millones<\/strong>, equivalentes a 13% del total<\/strong>, evidenciando una ca\u00edda aproximada de 6%<\/strong> respecto del a\u00f1o anterior.<\/p>\n

En conjunto, Estados Unidos, Jap\u00f3n y Brasil concentraron cerca de 73% de las exportaciones totales<\/strong> de salm\u00f3nidos chilenos en 2025, manteniendo un alto nivel de concentraci\u00f3n por mercados.<\/p>\n

Otros mercados<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Entre los destinos de menor participaci\u00f3n relativa, Rusia destac\u00f3 como el mercado de mayor crecimiento durante 2025<\/strong>, con exportaciones por aproximadamente US$ 310 millones<\/strong>, lo que represent\u00f3 cerca de 4,7% del total exportado<\/strong> y un aumento cercano a 37%<\/strong> en comparaci\u00f3n con 2024. China<\/strong>, por su parte, cerr\u00f3 el a\u00f1o con env\u00edos en torno a US$ 260 millones<\/strong>, equivalentes a cerca de 3,9% del total<\/strong>, registrando una contracci\u00f3n aproximada de 4%<\/strong>. M\u00e9xico<\/strong> alcanz\u00f3 exportaciones cercanas a US$ 200 millones<\/strong>, con una participaci\u00f3n del orden de 3%<\/strong> y un crecimiento interanual pr\u00f3ximo a 7%<\/strong>. En conjunto, estos mercados representaron alrededor de 12% del total exportado<\/strong>, manteniendo un rol secundario frente a los principales destinos, pero con comportamientos diferenciados en t\u00e9rminos de dinamismo y ajuste.<\/p>\n

Por tipo de producto, el desempe\u00f1o de 2025 mostr\u00f3 un cambio relevante en el mix exportador. Los filetes congelados<\/strong> registraron un crecimiento cercano a 19%<\/strong> respecto del a\u00f1o anterior, mientras que los salmones enteros congelados<\/strong> aumentaron en torno a 30% en valor<\/strong>. En contraste, los filetes frescos<\/strong> retrocedieron aproximadamente 4%<\/strong>, y los salmones enteros frescos<\/strong> registraron una ca\u00edda cercana a 11%<\/strong>, reduciendo su participaci\u00f3n dentro del total exportado.<\/p>\n

Las cifras de 2025 confirman la persistente concentraci\u00f3n por mercados<\/strong>, con una fuerte dependencia de Estados Unidos, y evidencian al mismo tiempo un mayor dinamismo en destinos secundarios relevantes<\/strong>, junto con un desplazamiento hacia formatos congelados<\/strong> como principal soporte del valor exportado de la salmonicultura chilena.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
