En sus m\u00e1s de 15 a\u00f1os de experiencia laboral, ha liderado equipos comerciales en destacadas empresas nacionales y multinacionales, aportando una visi\u00f3n estrat\u00e9gica al negocio y una alta capacidad para dirigir procesos de transformaci\u00f3n organizacional.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A lo largo de su carrera, ha ocupado cargos de responsabilidad en compa\u00f1\u00edas como Walmart, donde lider\u00f3 procesos de cambio organizacional y de gesti\u00f3n comercial, y el grupo Cencosud, donde dirigi\u00f3 equipos de ventas a nivel regional para los mercados de Chile, Per\u00fa y Colombia. Tambi\u00e9n se desempe\u00f1\u00f3 exitosamente en Enel, Mall plaza Chile y Territoria.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En ADL, Gustavo Leiva estar\u00e1 encargado de coordinar las actividades comerciales de la compa\u00f1\u00eda desde una perspectiva innovadora y de largo plazo, impulsar nuevos proyectos y mantener una relaci\u00f3n cercana y eficaz con los clientes, tanto del \u00e1rea de salud de peces como de medio ambiente.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cLa excelencia t\u00e9cnica y cient\u00edfica de ADL merece una gesti\u00f3n comercial del mismo nivel.
