{"id":84599,"date":"2026-01-21T15:54:40","date_gmt":"2026-01-21T19:54:40","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.mundoacuicola.cl\/new\/?p=84599"},"modified":"2026-01-22T11:53:07","modified_gmt":"2026-01-22T15:53:07","slug":"desarrollan-protocolo-experimental-reproducible-para-estudiar-tenacibaculosis","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.mundoacuicola.cl\/new\/desarrollan-protocolo-experimental-reproducible-para-estudiar-tenacibaculosis\/","title":{"rendered":"Desarrollan protocolo experimental reproducible para estudiar tenacibaculosis"},"content":{"rendered":"<p data-start=\"404\" data-end=\"746\">Un estudio experimental estableci\u00f3 un protocolo de infecci\u00f3n por ba\u00f1o con <em data-start=\"478\" data-end=\"506\">Tenacibaculum dicentrarchi<\/em> que permite alcanzar niveles de mortalidad controlados y reproducibles en salm\u00f3n Atl\u00e1ntico (<em data-start=\"599\" data-end=\"612\">Salmo salar<\/em>), aportando una herramienta clave para la investigaci\u00f3n de nuevas estrategias preventivas y terap\u00e9uticas frente a la tenacibaculosis.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"748\" data-end=\"1002\">La investigaci\u00f3n fue desarrollada por equipos del <strong data-start=\"798\" data-end=\"881\">Centro de Biotecnolog\u00eda Acu\u00edcola de la Universidad de Santiago de Chile (Usach)<\/strong>, la <strong data-start=\"886\" data-end=\"927\">Norwegian University of Life Sciences<\/strong> y el <strong data-start=\"933\" data-end=\"1001\">Laboratorio de Diagn\u00f3stico y Biotecnolog\u00eda, ADL Diagnostic Chile<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"748\" data-end=\"1002\"><strong>Modelo de infecci\u00f3n por inmersi\u00f3n<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"1004\" data-end=\"1523\">Publicado en la revista <em data-start=\"1028\" data-end=\"1049\">Aquaculture Reports<\/em>, el estudio describe el dise\u00f1o y validaci\u00f3n de un modelo experimental de infecci\u00f3n por inmersi\u00f3n que reproduce de forma consistente los signos cl\u00ednicos caracter\u00edsticos de la enfermedad, como ulceraciones cut\u00e1neas, erosiones orales y hemorragias, confirmadas mediante an\u00e1lisis moleculares. El protocolo se bas\u00f3 en la cuantificaci\u00f3n precisa de bacterias viables mediante citometr\u00eda de flujo, lo que permiti\u00f3 ajustar con exactitud la dosis infecciosa utilizada en cada ensayo.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1525\" data-end=\"1889\">Los resultados mostraron que, al emplear concentraciones definidas de <em data-start=\"1595\" data-end=\"1612\">T. dicentrarchi<\/em>, es posible obtener tasas de mortalidad cercanas al 20\u201325 %, incluso al escalar el volumen de los ba\u00f1os de infecci\u00f3n y el n\u00famero de peces expuestos. Esta reproducibilidad constituye un avance relevante frente a la alta variabilidad observada en modelos experimentales previos.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1891\" data-end=\"2339\">Seg\u00fan plantea el estudio, disponer de un modelo estandarizado de infecci\u00f3n por ba\u00f1o resulta especialmente \u00fatil para evaluar dietas funcionales, vacunas u otras intervenciones profil\u00e1cticas, ya que permite detectar efectos protectores sin recurrir a niveles extremos de mortalidad.
