A continuaci\u00f3n, el texto completo:<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"0\" data-end=\"556\">\u00abLa salmonicultura en el sur de Chile enfrenta una paradoja sanitaria: intentamos curar a nuestros peces con m\u00e9todos que, silenciosamente, podr\u00edan estar comprometiendo su viabilidad futura.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"827\" data-end=\"1088\">Hist\u00f3ricamente, el control de Saprolegnia y bacterias como Flavobacterium ha dependido de \u00abbarrer\u00bb el problema mediante ba\u00f1os de sal y qu\u00edmicos agresivos. Sin embargo, la ciencia reciente nos exige detenernos y reevaluar el costo fisiol\u00f3gico de esta estrategia.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1090\" data-end=\"1507\">Un estudio publicado en el Journal of Fish Diseases (2023) confirma una realidad inc\u00f3moda: la suplementaci\u00f3n de sal en etapas juveniles es el factor determinante en la aparici\u00f3n de nefrocalcinosis. El estr\u00e9s osm\u00f3tico cr\u00f3nico, derivado de exponer al pez a salinidades para las que no est\u00e1 preparado, satura su sangre de calcio y magnesio, calcificando sus ri\u00f1ones y comprometiendo su capacidad osmorregulatoria futura.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1509\" data-end=\"1850\"><strong data-start=\"1509\" data-end=\"1579\">Las branquias y el intestino: La primera y \u00faltima l\u00ednea de defensa<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1509\" data-end=\"1850\">Si el ri\u00f1\u00f3n sufre por dentro debido a la sal, las branquias sufren por fuera debido a los qu\u00edmicos.
