La asociaci\u00f3n gremial particip\u00f3 activamente con demostraciones culinarias especializadas que pusieron en valor la calidad y versatilidad del salm\u00f3n chileno como un producto estrella en la gastronom\u00eda nacional.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Con dos intervenciones programadas en el escenario secundario, SalmonChile conquist\u00f3 el paladar de los asistentes a trav\u00e9s de innovadoras propuestas gastron\u00f3micas. El s\u00e1bado 17 se present\u00f3 \u00abCeviches y experiencias\u00bb, una masterclass a cargo de los reconocidos chefs Claudia Guzm\u00e1n, Bayron Uribe y V\u00edctor Pinochet, quienes demostraron diversas t\u00e9cnicas de preparaci\u00f3n de ceviches utilizando salm\u00f3n de alta calidad. Por otra parte, el domingo 18, los chefs Diego Inzunza y Jorge Toro lideraron la presentaci\u00f3n \u00abSalm\u00f3n t\u00e9cnica y sabor\u00bb, donde compartieron secretos culinarios para realzar las propiedades de este nutritivo producto.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00abEstamos muy satisfechos con la recepci\u00f3n que tuvo nuestra participaci\u00f3n en Fest\u00edn en el Parque. Utilizamos 40 kilos de salm\u00f3n de la m\u00e1s alta calidad para nuestros cooking shows, y la respuesta del p\u00fablico fue extraordinaria\u00bb, se\u00f1al\u00f3 Francisco Renner, director de Comunicaciones de SalmonChile. \u00abEstos espacios nos permiten acercar nuestro producto estrella a las familias chilenas, demostrando su versatilidad, calidad y aporte nutricional, y reafirmando nuestro compromiso con el desarrollo gastron\u00f3mico y cultural de la regi\u00f3n de Los Lagos\u00bb, agreg\u00f3.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El \u201cTiradito Salmones Austral\u201d fue uno de los grandes protagonistas de la jornada. Creado junto al emprendimiento local Sushi Homade, el plato no solo resalt\u00f3 la calidad del salm\u00f3n chileno, sino que materializ\u00f3 la estrategia de SalmonChile de crear sinergias con emprendedores locales para potenciar el ecosistema gastron\u00f3mico de la regi\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Alejandra Ugalde Silva, directora de Arte y Espect\u00e1culo del evento, destac\u00f3 la participaci\u00f3n del gremio. \u00abLa presencia de SalmonChile en nuestro festival elev\u00f3 significativamente la propuesta gastron\u00f3mica.
