Enfatiz\u00f3 que el sector est\u00e1 impulsando medidas de alto impacto y r\u00e1pida implementaci\u00f3n, sin dejar de lado la necesidad de una futura Ley de Acuicultura moderna, flexible e innovadora, acorde a las actuales condiciones de la industria, aunque reconoce que este es un objetivo de largo plazo.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"515\" data-end=\"1013\">En el corto plazo, destac\u00f3 la importancia de avanzar en micro relocalizaciones y ajustes cartogr\u00e1ficos dentro de las concesiones existentes. Estas modificaciones permitir\u00edan cambiar la orientaci\u00f3n o posici\u00f3n de centros y jaulas \u2014algo hoy restringido por la normativa\u2014 sin implicar expansi\u00f3n territorial ni aumento de biomasa. Seg\u00fan explic\u00f3, peque\u00f1os desplazamientos dentro de una concesi\u00f3n pueden mejorar condiciones productivas, como mayor profundidad, mejores corrientes y menor riesgo sanitario.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1015\" data-end=\"1471\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\">Seguel subray\u00f3 que la industria ha sido hist\u00f3ricamente regulada en contextos de crisis, como tras el virus ISA, lo que ha derivado en una acumulaci\u00f3n de normativas, instituciones y exigencias que dificultan la operaci\u00f3n.
