Con una capacidad mensual que fluct\u00faa entre 4.000 y 4.500 toneladas \u2014y picos anuales de hasta 48.000 toneladas\u2014, la planta procesa materia prima proveniente de centros de cultivo, transform\u00e1ndola en diversos productos de exportaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>El proceso comienza con la recepci\u00f3n y clasificaci\u00f3n del salm\u00f3n, que luego avanza por etapas como fileteado, extracci\u00f3n de espinas, clasificaci\u00f3n, trimming y empaque. Cada fase es monitoreada mediante sistemas automatizados que registran peso, rendimiento y calidad, asegurando el destino adecuado de cada producto, ya sea fresco, de valor agregado o subproducto.<\/p>\n<p>La operaci\u00f3n est\u00e1 definida previamente mediante una planificaci\u00f3n que integra requerimientos comerciales y caracter\u00edsticas del producto. Adem\u00e1s, estrictos controles sanitarios y de seguridad regulan el ingreso y resguardan la calidad del proceso.<\/p>\n<p>La planta combina automatizaci\u00f3n con supervisi\u00f3n humana, especialmente en etapas cr\u00edticas como el fileteado y la revisi\u00f3n de calidad.
