{"id":89141,"date":"2026-05-26T15:37:22","date_gmt":"2026-05-26T19:37:22","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.mundoacuicola.cl\/new\/?p=89141"},"modified":"2026-05-27T13:10:37","modified_gmt":"2026-05-27T17:10:37","slug":"opinion-el-reconocimiento-que-merecen-los-trabajadores-del-salmon","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.mundoacuicola.cl\/new\/opinion-el-reconocimiento-que-merecen-los-trabajadores-del-salmon\/","title":{"rendered":"Opini\u00f3n: El reconocimiento que merecen los trabajadores del salm\u00f3n"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Con la firma por parte del Presidente de la Rep\u00fablica, Jos\u00e9 Antonio Kast Rist, del Decreto Supremo que instituye oficialmente el\u00a026 de mayo como el \u201cD\u00eda del Trabajador del Salm\u00f3n\u201d, probablemente en lo material no existir\u00e1n mayores cambios en el quehacer de la salmonicultura.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sin embargo, en lo espiritual resulta ser algo muy significativo y trascendente, especialmente cuando estamos conmemorando los 50 a\u00f1os de la salmonicultura comercial.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Este acto administrativo representa un respaldo fundamental para los trabajadores y sus familias. Su esfuerzo diario, entregando lo mejor de s\u00ed, no solo produce uno de los alimentos m\u00e1s saludables de la humanidad, sino que tambi\u00e9n es el motor que genera riqueza, desarrollo y bienestar social.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El pa\u00eds est\u00e1 reconociendo la dignidad, el esfuerzo y el impacto social de quienes hacen de la zona sur y austral de Chile, lugares donde se puede vivir y prosperar, superando el aislamiento y la centralizaci\u00f3n. Sin duda, a pesar de que poco o nada se dice, estos habitantes tambi\u00e9n desempe\u00f1an un rol fundamental en la soberan\u00eda nacional, resguardando la integridad geopol\u00edtica y cultural de la naci\u00f3n.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Atendido esto, como ciudadanos de coraz\u00f3n bien puesto y comprometidos con el desarrollo y bienestar de nuestro entorno, debemos agradecer a quienes han hecho posible que el Presidente Kast consolidara este reconocimiento a todos quienes directa e indirectamente trabajamos en salmonicultura.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ahora, teniendo muy presente que \u201csalmonicultura\u201d no es sin\u00f3nimo de \u201cacuicultura\u201d, debemos seguir esforz\u00e1ndonos para que el Congreso Nacional mediante Ley de la Rep\u00fablica, instituya el 30 de noviembre de cada a\u00f1o como el \u201cD\u00eda de la Acuicultura\u201d.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Esta actividad se ha celebrado de forma ininterrumpida desde 2018 y este a\u00f1o no ser\u00e1 la excepci\u00f3n.
