El hito se consolid\u00f3 en una emotiva ceremonia realizada en INACAP Puerto Montt, donde estudiantes y docentes participaron del lanzamiento que dio inicio a un ciclo de clases magistrales presenciales con degustaci\u00f3n de cocina regional, las cuales continuar\u00e1n en formato online para los becados. Este programa busca potenciar el talento de j\u00f3venes de liceos t\u00e9cnico-profesionales (EMTP) de la zona, entreg\u00e1ndoles herramientas integrales para su formaci\u00f3n y vincul\u00e1ndolos con la principal actividad econ\u00f3mica del sur.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La alianza, que comenz\u00f3 a ejecutarse en el sur del pa\u00eds en 2024, tiene como objetivo derribar las barreras de entrada que enfrentan los estudiantes de gastronom\u00eda. Si bien hoy la formaci\u00f3n t\u00e9cnica cuenta con gratuidad, el costo de materiales -como uniformes completos, calzado t\u00e9cnico, cuchiller\u00eda profesional, utensilios y herramientas digitales como ipads o computadores- sigue siendo un desaf\u00edo para muchas familias.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Para hacer frente a esto, esta beca auspiciada por SalmonChile cubre estos insumos, e incluye un proceso de acompa\u00f1amiento continuo por parte de los chefs de Les Toques Blanches durante toda su educaci\u00f3n, apoy\u00e1ndolos activamente en la b\u00fasqueda de pr\u00e1cticas y en su inserci\u00f3n al mundo laboral para que desarrollen su carrera con est\u00e1ndares de excelencia.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>Desarrollo local y cobertura regional\u00a0<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Con el foco puesto en la expansi\u00f3n territorial, el programa beneficia este a\u00f1o a 15 estudiantes de la Regi\u00f3n de Los Lagos, pertenecientes a 11 comunas: Puyehue, Puerto Varas, Frutillar, Puerto Montt, Quemchi, Quell\u00f3n, Quinchao, Castro, Ancud, Osorno y San Juan de la Costa. A este grupo se integran, adem\u00e1s, dos estudiantes de la Regi\u00f3n de Ays\u00e9n.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El director de Comunidades de SalmonChile, Felipe D\u00edaz, destac\u00f3 el impacto social y el compromiso del gremio con el desarrollo de la formaci\u00f3n de j\u00f3venes para la regi\u00f3n de Los Lagos y de Ays\u00e9n. \u201cPara SalmonChile, esta alianza va mucho m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de la entrega de materiales; es un compromiso profundo con el futuro de los j\u00f3venes y con las oportunidades reales que merecen en sus propios territorios. Nuestro objetivo es\u00a0 acompa\u00f1arlos en su formaci\u00f3n t\u00e9cnica, entreg\u00e1ndoles herramientas que fortalezcan su desarrollo profesional\u201d, asegur\u00f3.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cComo dice Les Toques Blanches, es dar un peque\u00f1o impulso para que los j\u00f3venes puedan desarrollar sus capacidades y potenciar el entusiasmo y el esfuerzo de ellos, en sus respectivas comunas. Nos motiva a seguir impulsando iniciativas que generen un impacto positivo y sostenible en el bienestar de nuestras comunidades, adicionalmente reforzamos que son ellos los que pondr\u00e1n la guinda de la torta cuando preparen los platos con salm\u00f3n que es fruto del trabajo de m\u00e1s de 80.000 personas y de m\u00e1s de dos a\u00f1os de cultivo\u201d, puntualiz\u00f3 D\u00edaz.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El vicepresidente de Les Toques Blanches, Patricio Castro, tambi\u00e9n se refiri\u00f3 a la iniciativa. \u201cEstamos convencidos de que el talento est\u00e1 presente en cada rinc\u00f3n de Chile. Gracias a la alianza con SalmonChile e INACAP Puerto Montt, por tercer a\u00f1o consecutivo desarrollamos este programa en la Regi\u00f3n de Los Lagos.
