{"id":92821,"date":"2026-09-29T17:00:07","date_gmt":"2026-09-29T21:00:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.mundoacuicola.cl\/new\/?p=92821"},"modified":"2026-09-29T17:00:07","modified_gmt":"2026-09-29T21:00:07","slug":"consejo-del-salmon-refuerza-preparacion-ante-el-nino-2026-2027-y-posibles-fan-con-taller-informativo","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.mundoacuicola.cl\/new\/consejo-del-salmon-refuerza-preparacion-ante-el-nino-2026-2027-y-posibles-fan-con-taller-informativo\/","title":{"rendered":"Consejo del Salm\u00f3n refuerza preparaci\u00f3n ante El Ni\u00f1o 2026-2027 y posibles FAN con taller informativo"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Con el objetivo de compartir informaci\u00f3n t\u00e9cnica y fortalecer la preparaci\u00f3n y coordinaci\u00f3n frente al escenario asociado al fen\u00f3meno de El Ni\u00f1o 2026\u20132027, el Consejo del Salm\u00f3n realiz\u00f3 un taller informativo dirigido a equipos de comunicaciones de instituciones p\u00fablicas de relevancia para la industria.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En la instancia participaron representantes de la Delegaci\u00f3n Presidencial Regional, Delegaci\u00f3n Presidencial Provincial y organismos vinculados a Medio Ambiente, Salud, Econom\u00eda, Trabajo y SENAPRED, generando un espacio de conversaci\u00f3n orientado a contar con informaci\u00f3n com\u00fan y facilitar una respuesta articulada frente a eventuales contingencias.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La primera parte del taller estuvo a cargo del <\/span><b>Dr. Oscar Espinoza, jefe del Centro de Estudios de Algas Nocivas (CREAN) del Instituto de Fomento Pesquero (IFOP)<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, quien abord\u00f3 los principales elementos t\u00e9cnicos para comprender el fen\u00f3meno de El Ni\u00f1o y las distintas condiciones ambientales que pueden incidir en la aparici\u00f3n y comportamiento de floraciones algales nocivas (FAN).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Durante la presentaci\u00f3n se recalc\u00f3 que estos fen\u00f3menos responden a m\u00faltiples variables y no exclusivamente a El Ni\u00f1o. Entre estos factores se encuentran la temperatura del agua, los vientos, las corrientes, la estratificaci\u00f3n, la radiaci\u00f3n solar y las condiciones locales, las cuales deben ser observadas de manera integrada, por lo que el monitoreo permanente resulta fundamental para evaluar la evoluci\u00f3n de cada escenario.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Asimismo, se revisaron aprendizajes de episodios anteriores, particularmente de 2016, destacando que actualmente existe una mayor disponibilidad de informaci\u00f3n, herramientas de seguimiento y capacidades de coordinaci\u00f3n. En ese sentido, se enfatiz\u00f3 la importancia de mantener un flujo oportuno de antecedentes entre organismos t\u00e9cnicos, autoridades e industria para favorecer decisiones preventivas.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En una segunda parte, <\/span><b>Marcela Lara, asesora t\u00e9cnica del Consejo del Salm\u00f3n<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, present\u00f3 el trabajo que se ha desarrollado desde la salmonicultura para fortalecer la preparaci\u00f3n ante este tipo de contingencias, poniendo el foco en una premisa central: <\/span><b>la respuesta comienza antes del evento<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La exposici\u00f3n estuvo enfocada en la <\/span><b>pre-alerta acu\u00edcola<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> y el trabajo en torno a cuatro \u00e1mbitos principales: monitoreo y alerta temprana; prevenci\u00f3n y preparaci\u00f3n; respuesta y log\u00edstica; y gesti\u00f3n ambiental y sanitaria. Tambi\u00e9n se explic\u00f3 c\u00f3mo la detecci\u00f3n de se\u00f1ales de riesgo activa procesos de evaluaci\u00f3n que integran informaci\u00f3n ambiental, sanitaria, productiva y operacional antes de adoptar decisiones.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cLas Floraciones Algales Nocivas son fen\u00f3menos que nos preocupan, pero tambi\u00e9n nos ocupan. La preparaci\u00f3n no comienza cuando aparece una contingencia, sino mucho antes, con monitoreo, informaci\u00f3n y coordinaci\u00f3n permanente. Como Consejo del Salm\u00f3n llevamos a\u00f1os trabajando de manera mancomunada con nuestras empresas socias, autoridades, organismos t\u00e9cnicos y otros actores p\u00fablicos y privados para fortalecer capacidades comunes, mejorar la vigilancia y contar con mejores herramientas de anticipaci\u00f3n y respuesta\u201d, se\u00f1al\u00f3 Marcela Lara, asesora t\u00e9cnica del Consejo del Salm\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El taller puso especial \u00e9nfasis en tres pilares que orientan este trabajo: <\/span><b>prevenci\u00f3n, coordinaci\u00f3n y comunicaci\u00f3n<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. La prevenci\u00f3n permite anticiparse a trav\u00e9s de vigilancia y preparaci\u00f3n; la coordinaci\u00f3n busca articular capacidades entre empresas, autoridades y otros actores; mientras que la comunicaci\u00f3n apunta a contar con informaci\u00f3n oportuna, canales definidos y criterios compartidos para enfrentar una eventual contingencia.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">De esta manera, la actividad busc\u00f3 seguir fortaleciendo una l\u00f3gica de preparaci\u00f3n anticipada y trabajo p\u00fablico-privado, entendiendo que disponer de informaci\u00f3n t\u00e9cnica, capacidades previamente coordinadas y canales de comunicaci\u00f3n establecidos es clave para <\/span><b>prevenir, coordinar, comunicar y responder <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">frente a escenarios ambientales que puedan afectar a los territorios donde se desarrolla la salmonicultura.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El gremio reuni\u00f3 a equipos de instituciones p\u00fablicas en un taller que cont\u00f3 con exposiciones de IFOP y del Consejo del Salm\u00f3n.
